Please allow 1-2 business days for your order to be dispatched. Orders are sent via Australia post or courier depending on your location.
Expected delivery time is 1-2 business days for express shipping and 3-5 business days for standard shipping.
Once your parcel has been dispatched we are unable to offer a refund due to postal delays that are out of our control.

Products must be unopened and in the original condition
Products must be sent back within 15 days from original receipt of goods.
Your proof of purchase / order information must also be included in the return.
Failure to meet any of these conditions may result in your exchange or refund being denied.
Refunds will be processed in the same form that you originally paid for your order as soon as possible upon receipt of the returned products. Please note that we cannot process refunds to expired credit cards.
The total value of the refund will equal the payment made for the goods purchased, excluding shipping and any other relevant fees, including Customs or Import fees.
Return postage is at the customer’s expense.
If you for some reason our dispatch team were taking a nap and you have received an item incorrectly please contact us prior to returning.
Only goods purchased online can be returned to us following the above procedure.
